Hi all! I am curious. To those who have shamisen skinned with hibiki, what steps do you take to maintain the color, cleanliness, and durability of the skin? I know it is advertised as much more durable, resistant to environmental factors, as well as stated to be more impact resistant. As for camelia/tsubaki I usually work it in with a very soft cloth, tissue, or a piece of old washi.. A little goes a very, very long way.
