Aspiring new Shamisen player. I have been doing Judo for over 15 years so hopefully these broken and battered fingers will be able to keep up with learning this instrument. I have had a love for the shamisen since discovering Hiromitsu Agatsuma. I hope to one day play half as good.

Also I’m a huge sucker for Bluegrass music and would love to learn some bluegrass on shamisen. Very excited to embark on this new challenge.
