Hello, I am a Bay Area Theater Performer, long time Collective member with the San Francisco Mime Troupe. My primary instrument has been flute, but I became very curious about Minyo songs since i wanted to use some in a one person show which I am working on. So I then decided that I wanted to learn how to play Shamisen. I ordered my Beginners Shamisen last winter and finally received it last summer. I put it together, and then for one reason or another, became a bit intimidated to move further. Today, I decided to finally try to fix the position marker tape , and begin. I am now unsure of how to attach the “Arm guard?” Where would I find that information?
