Bachi Blade Materials

Has anyone seen any bachi with blades made with anything other than the “regular” materials? I’ve seen bekko, faux bekko, acrylic, wood, and plastic. What about some of the different materials that are being used for guitar picks: acetal, delrin, cellulose acetate, carbon fiber, casein, etc?

Just curious if anyone has experimented with those and what kind of results you may have had with them.

While zooming around the net I’ve seen one or two carbon bachi.

Wow! That carbon fiber blade looks way too thick. Carbon fiber is really rigid. The guitar picks I have seen are as thin as .05 mm. A blade that thick is going to feel as rigid as a plastic blade.
