And we DID have a blast! 
Alcvin Ryuzen Ramos got a hold of me here on Bachido, and it turns out that his dad lives on the same block as some very good friends of mine right here in my city! So, of course we got together for some shami fun.
We had such a nice time. We played a quick arrangement of “Tsugaru Jinku”, and then decided to improv with my new Christmas present, a Guda drum (tongue drum). (They sound really nice together!) And then Alcvin played shakuhachi for me (amazing!), and we were both very amused when my dogs decided to sing along with him from upstairs.
All in all, a great day, and a new friend. Thank you, Kyle (Bachido!).
