Bachido Blogcast E18

Once recording started, things became very busy, to the point where I didn’t have time to put up new Bachido Mobile episodes.

So, I’ve saved them all up to release in weekly installments for your enjoyment!

Again, shout out to Norm Nakamura for his awesome contribution to the shamisen community providing a great day of fun and merriment for shamisen enthusiasts all across the world… in Tokyo!

Oh man… fuckin amazing.
Masahiro is the best.
And you guys are good too I guess…

Thanks for getting this footage up here Kyle. Man! More to come eh.

Wow, this is great stuff
or should I say
EPIC!!!
Can’t wait to see more…

First of all Awesome  and secondly Mika is also finnish name for men

Now that’s what I call shredding! Epic.

I love how you asked for water but got a napkin.

And wow Kyle, that machine’s got levers and stuff! Just that fact makes it worth the money.

Wow Kevin had some serious speed there! I like the recording set up, I’m sure the albums gonna be awesome

whoa and hello is this like “the” machine? congrats and hope to see it in steaming action soon . . . oh yes and good playing too . . .

I’m especially looking forward to a little instruction vid on chords that we produced while we were up there. Hopefully won’t be too much editing work.

Karl: I must truthfully admit, the lever actually did sway my decision to get that model. :stuck_out_tongue: I was dissapointed when I first heard the expression “pulling a shot”, but in fact there was nothing to pull.

This also appealed to me, again for the lever - http://www.singleserveespresso.com/archives/images/gaggia77002-thumb.jpg

Bernhard, you will see the full thing in action next week. James and Ryan came over and took it for a spin.

Kevin. It’ll be a piece of cake. I’ll release it after the Mobile Blogcast series and Sid’s Ireland Extravaganza episode has been released.

All right! The pressure is on Sid now to release the Ireland extravaganza episode! Yet another vid to look forward to !
Cool!

Oh, his video is all done. (Looks great, I must say) It’ll be released after the Bachido mobile episodes are done (just one or two more)

Of course, they could all be released all at once, but I think it spreads out the enjoyment to space it out over each weekend.

. . . also you earned yourself a little less work there for a couple of weeks . . . some relaxing times and for that reason I absolutely agree with this way of releasing them . . .

Wow so much cool stuff coming up!

AWESOME! Can’t wait to hear that album!
Again, I’m so happy to be a part of this growing community!

Masahiro is truly amazing! I hope his shamisen will lend some of it’s powers to me.

Looking forward to upcoming episodes and chord videos!

Hmn, where to start? That the playing is good goes without saying. So I won’t say it. Sounds like there’ll be some nice tunes on this album. Put me down for one!
Looks like it was a great time in Japan. I’ve been in the studio several times but only once on the road, basically living with the band. That is some fun stuff! I’m envious.
I’m also envious of composers who can crank out tunes like nuthin to it. Writing for me-is-a-slllowwww-process. Big “ups” to Mr. Nitta.

Every day I’m more excited to hear what else is to come!
I think you guys really inspire Masahiro and that is why he is just coming up with so much great material. I mean, on top of being the best.

There’s Definately a feeding off of each others energy that goes on whenever I’m around Masahiro. And having Kyle there was a
Tremendous inspiration to everyone in his ability to knock out tracks like butter and to add exactly the right touch to each tune to make it awesome!
I’m sure that inspired Masahiro as well!
Anyway hope you like the “R”!, Grant! That one was fo you dog!

Tremendous inspiration to everyone in his ability to knock out tracks like butter and to add exactly the right touch to each tune to make it awesome!

I assume you’re talking in future-tense, after the enormous amount of needed pitch correction is inserted into my tracks.

Pitch correction? Oh… You mean auto tune?
Nahhh! He’s prolly gonna auto tune my “bro!”
