I had a neighbor once who grew something similar looking on the shared second floor patio and he was very attentive to those plants a gardener by nature I guess . . . as for me I had and have no idea what Kale is but looks like it could taste cool I am not into cooking neither but I think one thing I have even tried out a longer while ago is that hitting garlic with the handle of a knife makes it slightly deformed but easy to peel
