For the very first time, we have a Bachido Booth! Grant, Anne and I attended the 28th Annual Japanese Cultural Fair of Santa Cruz, where we introduced shamisen to the fine Santa Cruz public, got sign ups for a Santa Cruz group workshop, and lastly performed on stage with the great jazz-trained shakuhachi master Karl Young!
It was a blast to perform with these fine folks and attend this always-fantastic fair. Looking forward to coming back again next year!!
