Huzzah! Here we go with the updated front side!
I’m really stoked about it, the “Bachido” title under the mon fills out the front just enough.
Expect this new swag to be available next week!

Daaaaaaaaaammmmnnn
Look at that! I will definitely be pickin’ up one of them!
The back logo seems kinda low, IMHO…
But the front looks boss, now~!!
Now that you mention it, it does seem a bit low. What if the whole thing was raised so that the top edge of the bachido text became the bottom edge of the text when raised? (Wakaru?)) Or perhaps elevated higher than that?
I think in general it looks good but I have 2 issues.
As Adrian mentions, the back is a bit too low. While certainly preferable for hunchbacks, any logo should utilize the span of the shoulder blades.
I would look at sport jerseys for inspiration on the placement. Your idea (wakata!) might be enough but I think it can become even better when it is farther up. Take a look here: http://cdn.faniq.com/images/blog/3fd89471a504c7af8cb5d7a07be37adb.jpg
…and try to imagine away the shoulder pads. As for which player I chose, I really just took the first google images hit.
If I were you I would take a safety-pin and use it to make the logo go higher up and then take some photos at different heights to see what looks best!
The second thing I thought of is that the fonts and color of the two Bachido texts are very different. The contrast becomes a bit weird. What if you at least made the back Bachido font the same as the front? Color could remain as it is.

Good idea! I’ll try that now! Thanks for the jersey as a sample!

Dadan! Thoughts?
I ended up just moving it with photopaint.
#1 - Original

#2 - Everything moved up the space of the text, so that the top edge of ‘Bachido’ becomes the bottom edge of ‘Bachido’ in the new placement.

#3 - Everything is moved up again, two text width’s higher than the original.

I do like #2 most of all.
Well… maybe #3…
And here it is with the Bachido font.
And lastly, with the Bachido font larger.
Thoughts?
I kinda do like the last one.
Agreed; the last one seems to have ironed out all the issues.
Nice work Kyle~!
おソースね!
Can’t wait to order the final test run!
It was a team effort.
Yep, I wondered too about the font.
Now it has that needed consistency, the CI if you will.
As Adrian stated, the last pic is the way to go IMHO.
Can’t wait either!
がんばってね!
Great! I have just one more thing to consider. Could you mpve the bachido text higher so that the distance between it and the round tenjin symbol is the same as between the International Shamisen Community text and the symbol? I think it would look better.
Yeah agree w karl then looks perfect
Good idea Karl!
Jajan! Yeah, I think that’s even better!
Glad you like it, Ale!!
Nice!
Okay, here is the finally final revision. I had forgotten to increase the size of the Bachido text. It’s been increased to the inside edge of the I (in International) and Y (in Community).
Everybody go for it?
Dig it!
Yap, the logo fits much better now!
Make sure the tint/hue of the two elements (Logo/Picture) share the same values. The logo seems much more of a yellowish tone at the moment.
