je commence avec le shamisen, donc je ne sais pas grand chose sur l’instrument. j’en ai trouvé un, il vient du japon, des années 1930 à ce qu’il parait mais je n’en suis pas certain.
j’ai une question concernant la hauteur des cordes par rapport à la surface du manche, ceci à l’extremité du manche (opposé aux chevilles d’accord). je trouve que mes cordes sont un peu trop hautes.
j’ai une photo mais je ne sais pas comment la joindre à ma question.
je précise que c’est le premier instrument à cordes que je commence, je suis plutot flute en tous genre mais surtout le shakuhachi.

I just measured my Tsugaru Shamisen and I get (left to right/gauche, droite) 5mm at the bottom of the Sao, 7mm at the edge of the Dou and I have an 8mm high Koma. Koma can come in different heights too, so that will make a difference.

about the koma , mine was with 11 mm , a plastic one ! It was too high, I think, then I made one myself for the moment , I will buy a real one.
I made this one to have like you said, now I have 7 mm at the edge of the dou.
