I actually know what he means but i don’t remember at all what the C.O.D stands for. And i also want to know this

It’s mean “Cash on delivery”
It’s the same thing as Collect on delivery. When I purchased I put my money on the account using PayPal. Since they are going through PayPal you are protected in some ways as a buyer.
I didn’t think anybody still did this…? Besides pizza delivery, of course…
Anyway, even if it were possible to do an international COD (doubtful) I highly doubt Masahiro would want to go through the hassle/risk of shipping product before payment. PayPal is the way to go.

Anywho, Masahiro orders the products when payment comes in, so C.O.D can’t be done. Without payment for the items, Masahiro won’t order them. Sorry.
