Looks fine to me, although from the photos it seems to me that your strings touch the skin at the bottom? If so, I would pull up the neo more upward, like so:
or you can check out Kyle´s video “How to String a Tsugaru Shamisen”, there you can see where the neo is positioned.
Otherwise, enjoy your instrument! The neck has a lovely pattern
