Soooooo, first post here but long time lurking, i hope i’ve uploaded the picture correctly… BTW
I’ve found this software that lets you translate a midi file into a shamisen tab(alongside shakuhachi and othe japanese instruments).
It’s free it works on any device and so far i fucking love it, it’s saving me a lot of time since it’s easier for me to write my music in midi(as a child i was too poor to get proper musical training so now i think in midi when i’m writing music since using pirated flstudio was free). there is a big fucking downside tho. it won’t last forever. it is tied to the microsoft store so don’t get too used to it since tomorrow or in 10 years that shit could be closed.
so if someone could find a portable version of this program would be very nice.

Also, not posting any full notation since i know it is against the rules. But you must know that the program is in japanese and you might want to set the region of your pc in japanese and also change the way windows displays number and dates accordingly. If you are a UTAU user you know what i mean otherwise look for a tutorial on how to install UTAU and follow the istructions.
