I second that! Happy christmas everyone! Have a happy new year and merry beering!
Merry christmas everybody! It’s finally time to take a break from life and just play shamisen! Go for it!
It is a calm and quiet Christmas Day here at Bachido HQ. Chillaxing at the office while proofing the Nitta Phrasebook course before rendering.
Here here, Karl! I too intend to get some shamisen playing in today. It’s been a week since I’ve played, the longest break I’ve had in quite a while. Gotta get back on the bachi!
Hope everyone had a Great Christmas and Holiday Season!
I had the best Christmas ever this year! Spent it with my girlfriend Kumiko here in northern Japan! Well here in Japan the big One is New Years so cheers everyone! A few more days! Woooooo!
From all of us at the Bachido kingdom, we wish you a happy and safe New Years!
It is an exciting time to be a shamisen enthusiast. Prepare for much shaminanigans in 2014!
Dear Bachi People:
Happy New Year of 2014!!
May you have time to horse around in the year of the horse!

Happy New Year 2014!!
Happy 2014!
2014? Unbelievable … I remember years ago it was 2000 …
Yeah, I remember those days. 2000. That was a Long time ago!
Wow!
I’ll never forget year 2000. I had this watch that was called a “millenium watch” and it had a countdown to the date. I expected magic when it became year 2000 but all it did was blinking. Biggest letdown ever.
Happy new year!
Somebody born in 2000 is now gonna be 14. Scary…
Time’s just flying too fast! For some reason, my brain’s date stamp is stuck on 2003 (Not sure why, nothing extraordinary really happened then). When talking with someone and they mention something they did in 2002, I automatically think, “Oh, that wasn’t too long ago…” And then I actually think about it.
From 2000~2006, most of my time was spent doing homework. (not what I enjoyed) Loads of adventures and learning experiences happened from 2008 onward, yet why is my brain’s date stamp stuck way before then?
That’s just a side effect of selling your soul to the devil Kyle.
Sigh, it seemed like a good idea at the time.
