Welcome back! I just had my last working day for a while I hope I will be able to keep following the forum despite summer vacation . . .
Yesterday I had a day off and visited the austrian AirPower airshow and Patrulla Aguila from Spain was there too . . .
although (the so far common drunken friday night post) nothing could deter me from appreciating my favorite airplane in my favorite color being flown around by my favorite display team . . .

also I visited their stand and hm after wearing it one day their shirt seems to be a chick magnet anyway I am happy I visited their stand and could stock up on orange things (shirt, bracelets, lanyards and writing gear http://f16demoteam.nl although I gotta say the austrian eurofighter displays were second to none which was also a cool thing to see . . .

also I should visit spain sometime again . . . our home village mariapfarr is officially connected in a very friendly relationship with matadepera village outside barcelona and I have seen clips of airshows in the vicinity too . . .
I think it’s about 150 km per hour that an F-16 can go slow it is a high angle of attack or “high alpha” pass so the plane moves slowly and horizontically through the air although the nose is pointed upwards this is also one of my favorite maneuvers I still remember the delicious coffee in 2009 I had while watching the orange F-16 at the airshow doing that maneuver that year
I gotta say though (20 years of research and development after the F-16 was introduced of course should also show some effect) that the eurofighters are even more maneuverable also thanks to thrust vectoring which means that the engine or engine exhaust pipes can be moved to further improve turning capabilities . . .

I was cursing 4 grade of violin, so I have less time to shamisen… anyway, I success in 4º, so I now have more time for shamisen!! (at least before I start with 5º… ouch! XD )
I was playing sakura from your new lessons, and I am really happy! of course I am practicing also the first lesson, and I think I am improving in shamisen a lot! So happy it sounds well. I need more time to have the positions in my muscle memory, but music its a long term path
Them’s some impressive planes.
Papa and I saw Zero Dark 30 last night. Though long, it was quite good. Apperantely it’s over 80% historically accurate which is also quite cool. I especially enjoy feature films that put extra effort into keeping stories/subjects factually accurate. (Even in ‘Cowboys Vs. Aliens’, they made sure that the indians were speaking the correct language and not just blabber) I think one of the awesome things of this ‘age of Wiki’ is that media (shows/movies) is forced to be as factually accurate as possible (even for movies depicting real events/characters/cultures)

Truth be told, I was a bit worried when Nitta san got married. “I hope he doesn’t forget about Bachido!” Fortunately though, Tomoko san (his wife) is super supportive of Bachido, so I’m happy.

I´m lucky than my wife is violinist too, so no problem at all with her undestanding this!
But classical music its so hard, and more in 4º, 4º ask too much for you so, it was a pity but I come from work and only have time for violin! totemo isogashii shigoto desune!

About sakura, I see a lot of sakura´s music sheets, and I didnt´t like it. It have only the first part, and it becomes boring when you play it a lot of times.
The one you give to us, I like it a lot! the three parts are quite interesting! are they from the traditional one? or it is a cover or something? sorry for this silly question but I want to know! jejeje
I like a lot the variation from 2 and 3! kirei!!
