I just saw your message on Paypal. I’m so sorry for my late reply, somehow I didn’t receive your direct emails. May I ask, did you use the website’s Contact Us box? If so, that might’ve gotten buggy after our site was updated last week.
Now to answer your question! My partners currently request two weeks for order fulfillment. Recently we’ve added a new partner who is taking a larger role with fulfillment. Eventually we’re hoping to speed fulfillment time to just one week, (depending on the item) but recently it’s taken a bit longer because we’re still working out the packing/shipping procedure with him.
I’ll ask if our new partner can prioritize shipping you the strings. Definitely I don’t want your practice to be paused!
