Thanks! I would play it differently if I wasn’t using a juita bachi. But, it’s what I have until I find one in a more manageable size (tsugaru). This bachi is so big it gives me hand cramps after about 30 minutes of playing, and it’s impossible to pick on an upstroke.
The audio sounds bad through my phone. I’m planning on doing another video using my studio mics and such later, but I’d like to find a kokyu first to supplement the piece.
