so yeah, i’ve been waiting 2 months exactly for my shipped ones from japan i got a bit depressed that i’d never see them and had this accident. so…eventually i’ll have 1 playable-ish and 2 to rennovate.

It looks really nice. Just slap a new skin on it and polish the wood a little. I’m just jealous that I didn’t see it first
it was actually 3 euro’s till the last second, i still consider it a great bargain at that much.
I have some camellia oil on the way as well for my other two and a little goes a long way.
Now i just have to learn reskinning!
That’s a really good deal. Kyle’s book details how to re-skin if you don’t already have it. It would be a shame to get a shamisen so cheap and have to spend a fortune paying someone else to re-skin it!
