Still waiting on the restock, but mulling over the idea of purchasing a round sawari to install on a shammy buddy. Is this a tenable idea or a terrible one? I’m okay with the scotch tape method for achieving buzz but am also looking for something more elegant. Any feedback from buddy owners would be greatly appreciated.
IMHO the main issue you would have is the length of the round savari vs sao thikness.
You most likely would have to either shim the savari or shorten it in order to install it properly.
Thanks for the advice, best to wait until I get one myself in order to get the right measurements.
