Kyoko,There is a company in the US that sells printed copies of theses and dissertations, but they are quite expensive. If I send you the file, you can print it out yourself (or even take it to Kinko’s and have them do it) for much less money.
Thanks for your offer, Gerry! Since my iPad does not connect to the printer, I will try to find the similar book in Japan, or look for some other way.
