Im new and maybee its a stupid question. But can someone explain me whats the difference between one line below a number or two lines below a number when reading a tab?

When you’re reading gakufu (the tabs) the presence of a line tells you about how long to wait between notes.
If there is no line, it means you should wait 一拍子 (one beat)
If there is one line, it means you should wait a 半拍子 (one half beat)
If there is two lines, it means you should wait 四半拍子(one quarter beat)
