Selling my Level 1 Tsugaru Shamisen (very cheap)

So I just recently got this Tsugaru Shamisen (Level 1) very similar on Bachido (store) nothing wrong with the instrument. Skin is in good condition.

I’m trying to sell it so I can save up for a KoShamisen2.

Description: Karin wood, Synthetic Skin, (single piece Sao “Neck” - one sing pieces can’t be taken apart)

Included: soft carrying case and plastic koma. (no bachi - sorry)

Pricing: $550.00 “Free Shipping” (international will have shipping)
(only PayPal, no money orders)

Looking for any offers. (don’t be shy)

Nothing wrong with the instrument - Just looking so save up for a KoShamisen2 or a better Tsugaru Shamisen.

I have a Traveling Case - and right now it’s useless - because this Tsugaru Shamisen I have, the neck is a single pieces.

I can’t lower the price. $550.00 + free shipping
(within United States and international will have shipping)

I decided to lower the price by a bit (but it won’t go any lower)

(international - will have a shipping fee)

hey, u tart to anny me a bit wiyh al ur selling stuff… this is not an ebaym site u know, so f o

Boom, and now the fun starts.

Truly Kevin, I did tell you to limit your sales post to just one. The only place where selling items should be done is on the chuko page. A little bit was okay in the beginning when you were selling your first nagauta shamisen, but as Sid says, the forum is not Ebay.

I was going to bring this topic up Kyle. I still see the value in a seller needing to mention his sales. If we want to allow advertising we should make it into another part of the forum so that it doesn’t show up as it does now. Maybe a list on the side below the categories where you get a list of sales?

You could then have a button to get the sales version of the forum. Basically there will only be sales topics there.

And of course everyone should be able to disable this sales-box on the side if they have an account.

Furthermore, the thing that annoys people the most is the constant bumping of the sales thread (bumping meaning writing something in a new message after your last one just to make the thread come at the top again). Most forums do not allow bumping at all, some allow a maximum of one bump.

I think threads can get lost in this forum so I don’t want to disallow bumping but we can’t allow it to get this far with 3 bumps after the original post just to make something visible.

May I add some fuel to the fire? :>

I don’t recommend this seller. The Nagauta shamisen he sold me had a major issue, that I had not been told about in the video and description.

shait, what a …

A user that only post here to sell his stuff, its all I will say about this…

(Kyle A) - Apologizing sorry “I thought you mention the thread” - I thought - in my mind (not to make a lot of page) - I didn’t know posting with a new post in the thread (counted) sorry (won’t happen again)

(K H) - I said in the Private message (this Shamisen had a lot of problems. (I warned you that the neck slightly didn’t fit correctly)
(I don’t know any other stuff there are - maybe I didn’t see it and sorry.

(Sid S) don’t call me a tart and tell me to F*** off (I don’t even know you) what ever I do is my business (Kyle A) - at least says it in a nice way.

And yes sometimes - I constantly post a lot (won’t happen again)
but some of ya’ll don’t have to be so mean about it.

Kevin Ho is right about stuff starting to get a bit mean.

Kyle, enforce some kind of rules on how sales are permitted. I think this thread shows that our forum users don’t want the sales to interfere with all the other cool discussion we have here.

Everyone remember that we want to channel good feelings through our music and community! If you are a Black/Death Metal fan, we should create a rage forum part for you

Thanks (Karl H) - I would sell on eBay it just that eBay deducts and I had sold things and losing 9% sucks. (eBay fee)

Usually when I buy shamisen. They are used and sometimes I can’t control what the previous owner did to it.

Aren’t we glad that Karl’s got the golden Mod shield. Finally a situation comes where it is employed! (and very skillfully diplomatic, I might add)

Well, up until now, there haven’t been any rules. But you do bring up an excellent solution in the quote below…

You could then have a button to get the sales version of the forum. Basically there will only be sales topics there.

It comes at an appropriate time. Here’s a little preview of what Luke
is working on.

Forum is for the public forum, Articles is for the
extensive and super-informative articles that Kevin or such members write officially. Blogcast = blogcasts, live events would be online video chat scheduling 'n such.

Anyway, “Member Sales” (or such) should definitely be one of those separate categories, not connected to the public forum…

Until then, here is the current rule which applies to all members (except myself, of course  ): **All sales are limited to “The Chuko (Pre-owned) Page.” Any sales posted outside of it will be deleted, unless I find it hilarious in some way."

Anyway, the Chuko page is stickied on the top, so that is the ideal place to put it without interfering with the discussion forum.

As I feel it would be appropriate to lighten the mood at this point, please enjoy the actual clip of Nitta san rocking the trampoline.

So Kyle A. Is it okay that I can post my shamisen into the chili page and post on this page (closed page)

Only on the chuko page, for now.

cool action clip although just when I was thinking “where did he go” the clip ended! well thought out cliffhanger ending

(Closed)

moved the post onto “The Chuko (Pre-Owned) Page”

and no it’s not spamming - I’m following Kyle A. directions.

So for some of you - you had a bad experience with me (I’m not spamming anymore)

and (K.H.) if you still have a problem with me - I told you (the shamisen was broken - and if I missed something (sorry - I just got it from some other seller)

and (Sid S.) - don’t ever call me a tart (if there is a problem tell - Kyle A. will tell me - from hearing from you other players)

Sorry for spamming (won’t happen again)
