Hey! Have just been playing around with a new microphone trying to record some songs, so I started with a little medley 
It was recorded in the house which has concrete floors, so lots of reverberation.

Was wondering how i can get a better sound out of the mic. maybe tape blankets all over the walls to sound proof a bit? too many hard surfaces in the lounge. any tips on better amateur studio set up?
