Hello every one. I’m new here. Sorry if this topic has already been asked/mentioned before. What do you guys do to prevent the skin from breaking? I just found out that the back skin of my pre-owned nagauta broke 
. Been actively playing for a couple of months now until last week, took her out of the case a while ago and her skin is broken. I know they’re affected by changes in the weather and the atmosphere. I put dessicants in their cases. She is still playable but I noticed that her resonance is reduced . I have another pre-owned nagauta but the one with the broken skin sounds a whole lot better.
Do you guys put anything on the skin (an oil of some sort maybe) to prevent it from breaking? Thanks.
