Should I go? I could go there and see where I fit in really. At SOAS I read online they used to have bunraku come on behalf of the japanese government. At this uni you can study about the instruments of all cultures… the history… the languages anything you want to do.
If you feel that it MIGHT be something you want to do and you don’t know EXACTLY what you want to do, then doing what you MIGHT like is the obvious choice. Wherever you go in life you will gain experience. As long as the trip is not a dead end like in suicide bombings that is 
So I say if you feel that the university seems to know what they are doing, go for it.

I’m going to be studying Japanese this fall and I wish my university had half the programs that this school has.
Definitely! My University doesn’t teach any Japanese at all, so I have had to teach myself everything I know - with some help of course
SOAS sounds like it would be a blast!
