Before starting on filming for the courses, Nitta san and I try whipping through ‘Sou’, which we’ll be performing at the Old First Concert on March 10th!!! Be there and see what happens!!

Great job Kyle! I take it for granted Masahiro knows his own song but you guys really had magic going on there! Playing really good throughout the whole song and then mess up at the end is standard procedure, good show.

Thanks guys. Actually, this was like the 7th take. :stuck_out_tongue: The first take was really the best (smoothly played it all the way through without a mistake), but my solo was rather sucky, so I wanted to redo it. As luck would have it, every following take had something slip up. :wink:

Makes me a little worried about showtime. It should be fine as long as I keep the adrenaline under control (or should I say, "if the whiskey keeps the adrenaline under control)

You mean what I normally do? :wink: Realizing that I usually can’t stop the words before the come out of my mouth, the best I’ve done is to just get my face away from the mic as soon as possible (In Abbott Brother/Abbott Family gigs).

Anne: Ah, actually we were rehearsing that piece for the concert tomorrow/day-after, and then he wanted to film it just before going in to film the courses. An impromptu event, as it were. However, if all goes well, the filming should all be completed today, and so the time after the concerts should be relaxed and time to really chillax.
