Surprise! Bachido.com has been redesigned! It’s time for spring cleaning, after all!

The Boy Genius Luke Abbott has done a wonderful job redesigning the whole site, making it cleaner, more streamlined and easier to navigate. Many thanks to my brother for his very tasteful aesthetic choices and sensibilities in the new look!

What’s been changed the most? The Bachido Schoolhouse! We’ve removed the subscription service. (Anyone who was previously subscribed will be getting an email from me shortly) Now, anyone can choose lessons individually, usually about $5 per lesson! Seriously, you can’t afford not to build your skills now!

That’s not all! More will be coming soon. More informational pages, a blog, monthly informational newsletter, and more! The education doesn’t stop!

Looks great Kyle! And thanks for the $5.00 lessons. I saw a couple that I sure want to try for almost LESS than a cup of bad Starbucks coffee. (Not all of us have easy access to your delicious coffee - sigh - sad panda face*)

I think somewhere along the way one of the courses I had was lost in the ether- I had advanced kamashi, but I don’t think I do any longer…

I have noticed that access to videos has changed. The courses I have paid for in the past (Tosa no Sunayama & The Nitta Ryu Intensive Technique Pack) are asking me to pay for them while ones I haven’t paid for have “Click below to jump inside!”, although nothing happens when I do. All Bachido Schoolhouse videos let me in with the exception of, Bachizuke, Arkansas Traveler Part 1 and Strumming.

And sorry about the courses… long story short, I had two “if…then” clauses backwards, so that it would show the “jump inside” button on the lessons you hadn’t paid for, and a “buy now” link for the ones you’d already bought. Oops!

Hopefully everything should be peachy now. Please let me or Kyle know if there are any other issues.

Access to my paid lessons has been restored!

I still can’t watch the first three schoolhouse videos though. Might be because I subscribed in the second month while the promotion that included the first month of schoolhouse videos was on.

Yes David, that’s what ended up happening. I’ll restore access to that first month of schoolhouse videos soon (tomorrow)…
