The Official Hirosaki Schedule for Team Bachido!

Ladies and bros of Team Bachido!

Nitta san has composed the officially official Hirosaki schedule. In this PDF, you can see exactly where we should be and meet up at which times.

Why is Misawa not mentioned?
Plans have changed a bit. (Big surprise) Because some members aren’t able to come to Misawa, we decided that the main rehearsals and party will be in Hirosaki on May 3rd. So, Misawa is no longer on the official tour schedule, but is optional!

To reiterate: Spending the 2nd day in Misawa is optional! If you come to Misawa on the 2nd, we can practice Kita no Hibiki intensively and record lots of fun videos with the shama~zing Kevin Kmetz! If it’s more convenient to go straight to Hirosaki, feel free to do so.

The Bachido Uniform
We will all be wearing a Bachido happi coat. (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2504068/Bachido%20Happi.jpg)

Please let us know if you want a Large, Medium or Small size ASAP!

M Size
Length 78cm
Width 61cm

L Size
Length 83cm
Width 66cm

Please wear a Bachido shirt under your happi coat. If you don’t have a Bachido shirt, you can get one here (http://bachido.spreadshirt.com/) OR you may wear a plain shirt instead. (No designs showing)
Please bring black pants so we will all be matching.

Here’s what to do now!

1. Again, Please let us know if you want a Large, Medium or Small size as soon as possible!
a) Prepare a Bachido shirt or plain shirt and long black pants to wear with the happi.

2. Since spending May 2nd in Misawa is now OPTIONAL, please let us know if you would like us to keep your hotel reservation there.

3. Please read the schedule carefully. Print it out to take on your trip if you’d like.

4. If you have any special requests or plans, please let us know ASAP. Tomoko Nitta (Nitta san’s wife) will be giving birth in a few weeks, so they request that all planning is concluded as soon as possible.

5. Please confirm that you are going to the Post Taikai After-party (19:00~21:00). It is not required, but we will need to reserve your spot if you want to come. So please confirm ASAP.

6. Please reconfirm that you are coming to the Bachido Festival in Sapporo on May 6th, and if you would like Nitta san to arrange a hotel for you.

7. If you are coming to Sapporo, we will be taking the ferry. (plane tickets have sold out) If you wish, communicate with other members and go together as a group! (Please click here for information on the two options - )

8. If you are intermediate/advanced, please make sure you’ve learned the dynamics for Kita no Hibiki with Kevin’s videos, ()

9. Upon receiving your response regarding Happi size, attendance to the Post Taikai After-party and attendance to the Bachido Festival, we will make the final calculations and request a payment to info@masahironitta.com. This payment covers the following:

  • Rental fee for the taikai practice room.
  • Meals/room costs for the “Rise to Action” party.
  • Cost of the Bachido uniform. (If you don’t wish to join the stage performance, we can remove this cost for you)
  • Taikai registration fee - (If you don’t wish to join the stage performance, we can remove this cost for you)
  • Meal/room costs for the post-Taikai After-party. - (Optional: We can remove this cost if you don’t wish to attend)
  • Other handling costs.

Before submitting your payment and officially joining Team Bachido, please make sure that you will be able to attend all rehearsals on May 3rd. Your presence is required for determining the sitting arrangements and skill levels.

Other things to let us know about.

1) Are you bringing friends/family?
If so, please let us know immediately. You will have to make reservations for them.

2) Are you ready to rock?
a) How hard?

And that’s about it! We are excited that you can join us, and we look forward to all playing and having fun together!

Bachi on!!

Here’s some more information coming in! (If only I could be told this before writing everybody)

青森にはセブンイレブンがありません。
お金をおろす場所は、郵便局だけです。
郵便局は祝日なので、本店しかオープンしていません。
車でなければいけないと思います。
みんな、キャッシュを用意してください

There isn’t any 7-11 in Aomori, so the only place you can withdraw money is the post office.
Because it’s a national holiday, only the main building is open. I think you can only get there by car.
Everyone, please prepare your cash before going to Aomori. Thanks!

Next, even better, onsen!!!

The Aomori Machinaka Onsen!
It’s a bit of a distance to walk, but I say we all should go at least once!
Anyone can go on their own, if they wish.

Ooops, replied here instead of in PM! BTW you should lock this thread so that all posts are at the top.

Kyle: should I understand April 3rd possibly could mean May 3rd?

Kyoko, thank you for pointing that out! No matter how many times I proofread it, there will always be some mistake!

Kyle, you have quite a lot to do. It’s natural. おつかれさまです。
