I have 3 questions about TSUGARU Shamisen lessons in Tokyo:
Can you suggest me some teachers that teach in Japanese language?. Is for a friend that is asking for a scholarship.
Can you suggest me some teachers that teach in English?. Is for me, because I am planning travel to Japan next year.
More difficult!: can you suggest me a teacher that can play Tsugaru Style AND Koto?. (I know this is difficult!).

Hi Bruno,
The only person I personally know who fits all three questions is Shishido san (‘Shamimaster Toshi’ on Bachido) He speaks both languages, and I believe plays both instruments. Send him a message! 
Kyle is right, Toshi can do all three. I studied with him while I was there. He’s also a really cool guy, so you should definitely look him up.
