That was sweet, man. The business card was a nice touch. Did they have any idea who you were? I ask because of the album graphic, which I bet you’re feeling pretty good about.
Thank you Nitta san!!!
I know, I’m glad they got a tight close up of it. No! One of the crewman emailed me a few weeks ago, telling me that they were going to air it, and wanted extra information (about the album etc, which I sent them).
Yeah, it definitely felt awesome (What can I say? Big K likes the cameras), and certainly glad it was the first day when my nihongo confidence was the highest (like every year, it steadily declined as the days went on )
You rocked it Kyle!
すごい〜 やったね(^O^)/ I am so proud of you, Kyle!!! It must be one of the most popular TV stations’ interview show. I usually do not watch TV often except NHK and it was a happy surprise to see this!
You grabbed this chance very tight and the performance was so fine.
Let me shout out loud, you did it, Yay!!!
Thanks, Masahiro san!!
Sweet! Did you give the interviewer that copy of your book Kyle?
Fabulous - thanks for posting this!
Thanks everyone! Let’s hope it helps spread Bachido!
Matt: But of course! A book, cards, I pumped him full of swag!
Oh this is awesome Kyle!!!
so many sugoi’s (not sure how you write it…) in the show
凄いすごい! Indeed, many there were!
Who knows, there might be a bigger production next year. Make sure to be there!
ha! so well prepared!
“I pumped him full of swag! ;-)” - Kyle I thought this was a family friendly forum! You really will do anything for bachido…sorry
Hey now Liam, it was a takeoff on the action movie phrase, “pumped him full of lead.”
Suuuuuuuure it was
Well done dude, I probably would have momentarily forgotten why I was there under the pressure
Oh, come off it, Liam!
(Okay, that’s all )
Well done dude, I probably would have momentarily forgotten why I was there under the pressure
Thanks! Fortunately, I was steeled by previous experiences. (Literally freezing like a deer in headlights when faced with speaking Japanese on camera in 2010)
Just finally watched this… man, what an amazing opportunity! Way to seize the moment! Couldn’t understand a word, of course, but man was it great when you whipped out your business card… and then your book… and then your instrument…
Awesome!
Yeah totally! Kyle’s Epic Smile at the end was classic as well! Way to represent brahh! That was awesome!
Indeed! They happened to catch me with my swag cart in tow!
We’ll see what happens from it.
