Where is the spread the love button?

(wasn’t that its tagline or am I confusing something here) anyway there I feel like selflessly donating a considerable amount (okay at least a couple of going out coffees) to the one and only Kyle Abbott the guy who made it all happen . . . currently though seems the donate to the coffee jar button is gone?

after another tough week at least and at last I can enjoy a coffee and a whiskey and a couple of inspiring additions to home decoration . . .

Howdy BH!
Your generosity is much appreciated yo! Hmm… Luke had to remove the Donate button, as it was blocking the language switcher button. :-S I’ll ask him if he can bring it back! (maybe he could put it below, under Contact Bachido or something)

In the meantime, store (at) bachido (dot) com is always happy to accept donations via paypal! Thank you again!

Your Illy coffee + shamisen swag shelf is filling out nicely. Itomaki are just in time for Christmas!

yeah those splendid (and even more orange than captured in the photo) itomaki arrived in time for christmas thank you so much . . . after shipping I hope the donation I just made also at least covers one coffee for now . . .

(as for the Illy swag that is all from a local cafe with friendly waitresses and even a friendly owner as for the framed cup picture who gave it to me after I scolded her on friday for their recent switch to a cheaper brand of coffee . . .

Those itomaki are beautiful! May I ask what the object to their right is? Is it a doukake or is my imagination running wild?

Yeah I love them and orange is even my favorite color

What happened to also be in the photo to their right is supposed to be used for this . . .

But I intend to make use of it for an improvised Dou Gomu Shi-ru 胴ゴムシール The Dou Gomu Shi-ru is an adhesive rubber pad which is affixed to the lower-right corner of the dou (where the dou rests on your knee). Without it, the shamisen can easily slip off of your leg while you’re playing.
