It’s like translating from one language to another. However one does it depends on what notation to what notation. And depending on what you or your clients’ expectation, you sometimes need to make adjustment. I mention clients because they usually want to save money, and might ask for a partial transcription (i.e. just pitches and rhythm, with dynamic and articulation.) Your question is not specific to get any concrete answers.
