Hi Everyone, I was visiting Little Tokyo in downtown LA last week and came across these nice pieces for sale at Ginku. I just wanted to share in case anyone was interested. I don’t believe any of them were Tsugaru shamisens though.
In the store next door I also found some great sheet music, and picked up a few booklets (they are in Japanese, but have the same notation used in Kyle’s videos) for about 2$ each (quite a nice find!).
Me and Lorraine Macdonald were there 3 weeks ago and she took a video of me trying one of these and playing Zombie on it. This store was a fun visit!
Later on we found out Jamie Low and Mike Penny have been playing there before too. It seems some members of the Bachido Family already know about this place. 
But I have to admit we didn’t ask about music sheets when we went.
Very cool ! Yes, next door there is a store and I found the sheet music there, although it is all (understandably) in Japanese.
