Sho Asano (MIKAGE PROJECT) will visit NY on August 6th 2024!

Hi, I’m a newbie here. Didn’t know there was this kind of forum online!

Have you guys ever heard of a genious Tsugaru shamisen player named Sho Asano?
I just learned from my friend that they will have a concert on the night of August 8th at Joe’s Pub, as a member of MIKAGE PROJECT.

I’ve always been Asano-san’s fan since I saw him playing singing and playing “Kokiriko Bushi”.

He is an amazing player and was one of the instructors during the very first Bachicamp organized by Bachido.

It’s too bad the event is in the middle of the week. I live in Montreal so it would have been a nice weekend trip for me.
