So, I’m trying to come up with a name for the Bachido memorabilia (aka, ‘swag’) page, and am having a slightly hard time making something silly yet not-stupid.
To cut to the chase (as they say), here’s my most current design.
Though I am partial to intentionally cheesy, of course, I’m not tied to anything yet. Let me know what you would like to see at the top of the Swag page!
I don’t like “Swag” and that logo is hurting my eyes . . . sure it is easier to criticize something without offering a better solution but okay I will say this . . . absolutely with joy I am looking forward to the “whatever” page and its sure to be awesome contents . . . .
as for the design I do like the 80s so I mean it seems Kyle you would be open to go in that direction and maybe I would already like the next suggestion should you take the effort to work another one out
(damn I don’t have GTA Vice City anymore as far as I remember their 80s art direction was great fun too)
I’d sign up for some booty, aaarrr! We should have a pirate hook, except instead of a hook it’s a bachi. Pirate ships made out of karin and kouki, itomaki fake teeth in various materials and of course a parrot that will record anything you play so that you can have a backing track. You might even find a rare Captain Kevin action figure. The Bachido Bay will be featuring all of these items shortly.
Oh, Bachido Rum? Ohoy there matey, send it over lad!
OMG a Kevin Kmetz action figure!!!
Cana, were you the one who was gonna try making a synthetic bachi? (Or was it Shinji?) If so, after you finish, your next project will be a Kevin action figure.
Jamie: That’s nice and simple. I’m gonna whip that up now and post.
I still prefer Merch/Merchandise. However if you are going goods Signature Goods feels more legit. As for the art, it looks like the ‘S’ in the logo you just made is kind of pressed together. What’s up with that?
I like both the “crazy” fun and the “serious and blending in with the rest of the store” concepts as for the design and overall presentation of those goodies . . .
I think SWAG was a fine way to go. But Goodies is also pretty good.
Outfitter is more implying that all you really have is clothing.
Either way people are going to click on it, so if anything, you should go with your gut.
I’m good with goodies too! However, even though I just used one, I’m not sure about the exclamation point. Maybe right when it’s brand new, but not forever, forever ever, forever ever?
By the way, where on the site is this gonna go, exactly? Is it gonna be a new tab or part of the store? I figure putting it in the store makes most sense, but I wasn’t sure if that’s what you were planning on doing. Where’s the logo even gonna go?
Edit: Never mind. Just looked at the coffee section of the store. Is that basically what’ll happen with this section too? I think it works.
