I’m guessing this question should go to Kevin… So, Kevin, for those of us who are going to be in Misawa on May 2, is there a time and a meeting place for the rehearsal that day? Do we go to a hall, or meet at your place first, or what?

The idea is to avoid seeing each other at all, communicating music and speech through telepathy.
Jokes aside, I’d say everyone coming to Misawa and not staying at Kevin’s should at least get a way of getting in contact with him. I know some people may have decided on coming to Misawa after sending in the Bachido Team application, so perhaps we should procure a list of everyone coming to Misawa?
Especially important are those who do not stay at Kevin’s place as we need to know who to get in touch with for meeting up there.
I think Kevin will reply in this thread later if he has something in mind.
Kevin has been kind enough to share his address with me in a PM (in answer to me asking for it for Mari, who is staying there) , but he has not yet provided anything like an email or cell number to contact him, nor has he given the address of the place we will rehearse on May 2. So Kyle and/or Kevin, it may be time to share some of those details, either in the forum or by separate PMs to all those going to Misawa.
For the record, and to start the list Karl just suggested: I will be in Misawa as of May 1 and will be staying at the same hotel as Kyoko-san, the Annex Princess Hotel (http://www.princesshotel.jp/annex/index.htm (Japanese) or http://web.travel.rakuten.co.jp/portal/my/info_page_e.Eng?f_no=16144 (English).
Mari Kusanagi will be in Misawa on May 2 (I think, but it could be May 1 TBA), and she will be staying at Kevin’s.

Well I’ll be sleeping at Kevin’s and I have no idea what will happen. 
My plan at least is that I need to get the song down before going to Misawa and that we can simply work on dynamics together!
