Hey, just a quick question. I keep seeing things about an anime girl called Hatsune Miku. Can someone please tell me who she is!
Hastune Miku (I think that’s what you meant) is an incredibly popular vocaloid (robot voice singer) who has such a large fandom that she’s basically a celebrity, despite pretty much just being a text-to-speech program that can sing.
At least this is what it is to my knowledge.
Yeah, a lot of musicians use her “voice” to do their songs. So much so that the music is super popular and even groups like Wagakki Band have covered it, and a lot of those songs are really popular to do on shamisen, like Senbonzakura or Noushou Sakuretsu Girl.
Hatsune Miku is the vocaloid.
Hatsune Niku is a bit different.
