Well, being that this shirt will be a test, I’ll keep it just to confirm it’s distastefulness. 
I can then use a black marker to see how it is without it.

Since you are using it as a test, you should test different ways of wearing it out. Wash several times, pour Sweet Sugar Ray BBQ sauce on it, feed it to the dog. Do it all.

Coming from always buying shirts at the thrift store, $17+ seems insane for a shirt.
Btw, the dimensions of the backside is 25.5cm long by 23cm wide.
The frontside is 10cm by 10cm.

Well, I don’t want to sound negative at all considering how much I have loved everything else
but I cant describe how I feel about it

If I were to describe bachido as a song
imagine developing a composition.
And each note and phrase you add, defines the composition more and more.
And while sometimes you find a note or phrase that makes you think Yes! This belongs! This sounds perfect, you also have phrases/notes that make you think well… Let’s play with that a little more before we commit to it
And in the end, when the composition is complete, it has a flavor, a feel. And if there are phrases/notes that don’t match that feel, they stand out…
And sometimes, down the road it can be as simple as changing that one note or phrase, sometimes it requires the uproot of an entire section…
To me, International Shamisen Society, sounds good… but I am not sure if it matches the bachido flavor. It stands out to me as not representing the strength, passion, and power that this community holds.
but all in the same breath, I stop to imagine myself carrying or wearing something that says “International Shamisen Society” and I feel pride!
There’s just something I can’t put my finger on…
But once again, this is all just my feeling.

Right now, we have a very clear, clean, and traditional shirt layout.
I’d love to own a bachido shirt that I can wear on a daily basis as well… Something that people will look at and go “oooh… thats cool”

I know a fairly famous fashion designer here in Tokyo… I might ask her to draw up a few ideas (^-^)

I know how you feel man! We all want the best mon/shirt or whatever other design and so it can sometimes be frustrating when too many ideas pop up and sort of clash with each other.
Truthfully I didn’t like International Shamisen Society at first but then, like you it kind of settled with me. I found myself writing to people online and telling them that I was part of an International Shamisen society and That’s when I realized I was cool with it! At first I had thought Association would be better but now I don’t think that anymore.
Anyway I.S.S has many meanings now.

That last I.S.S. was the name of a boy band in the early-mid 2000s.
They wrote and performed songs like “Amazing Stories!” and
“Forget about the girl!”
Those songs were so stupid and funny but sadly they seemed to have vanished off the face of the Internet for now. Kinda weird.
Well, whatever the title is, “shamisen” has to be somewhere in there , 'cause “Bachido” and the three bachi aren’t clear enough a shamisen connection for budding shamisen folk to know.
I’ve ordered the shirt today, so we’ll get some ideas when we see it for realz.

That’s why I want one made as a button shirt. I made some fairly cool swag for our old karate club, but rarely wore it because I need the buttons for my Superman routine.
And you know, people’s tastes are all different, which is why we’ll ideally have several designs to choose from (from a simple Mon to a flame engulfed shamisen-playing demon)

I certainly love “International Space Station” for another meaning! I love sic fi very much and used enjoy Kevin’s since fiction video in which Moomin Valley’s funny thunder eating electric creature appears and settles down the fight, on You tube, now I am unable to find one and really missing! The creature’s name is Nyoronyoro in Japanese but do not know the English or Swedish name. Anyone, any idea on the name?
Is it this? Some kind of eel. Looks pretty scary, and reminds me of the eels in Super Mario 64. Swedish name is ål.

Hey all!
So, the first is finalized and will be available once I get the page up (perhaps tomorrow or the next day).
However, except for this shirt and the mug, future shirts will require a Vector graphic, (as opposed to a normal image, which I used to make this current shirt) which means the gray-white fade on the bachi can’t be done (or so I’ve been told)
Thus, for the other products (like a polo shirt, for example), how do people feel about this?
